RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you wish to return a product that was purchased online, please contact or team via email: westcoastgarage@mail.com

Please ensure you provide details on why you wish to return your item. The West Coast Garage team will then be in touch with you regarding the return and provide further information on the return process

- Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind

- Exchanges and store credits are available for full price items

- The cost of return shipping will is at the customer's expense and is non-refundable

- Sale items can be returned for an exchange or store credit

- All returns must be returned within 7 days of purchase date.


Faulty Items

- If your item is faulty please provide detailed explanation with a picture of the fault when contacting the team

- Once approved by the team, please follow the directions from the team and post the item to Head Office

- A refund will be provided in the same tender as the original sale once the item is received.
